45 Minutes is a DVD project based on the apparent suicide of David Kelly on the 17th July 2003. Kelly, one of the world's pre-eminent weapons of mass destruction (WMD) scientists came to grief in his encounter with the UK’s Ministry of Defence when he publicly questioned the validity of the Governments claim that Iraq could deploy WMD within 45 minutes. His death was the subject of a Government inquiry led by Lord Hutton. It investigates a phone conversation between Kelly and a journalist, days before his death.

45 Minutes forms Part Three of Del Favero's larger Slipstream project, a suite of trailers dealing with the schizophrenia of the world. It is complemented by the DVD Video Halflife.
